The first project
A large, up-to-date application used by insurance brokers in several European countries. Built on Rails 8 with a modern stack.
What we're looking for
- Solid experience with Ruby on Rails (5+ years ideally)
- Previous experience working as a freelancer/contractor
- Ability to work autonomously writing high-quality, well-tested code
- Comfort with mostly asynchronous work
- Good level of English (our language of communication)
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development while taking full ownership of the code and its quality
Terms
Starting part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of expanding hours and long-term continuity.
