The role
You'll work across our insurance platforms: broker systems, rating engines, claims, and more. Our stack is modern and evolves as needed:

What we're looking for
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Solid experience with Ruby on Rails
- Ability to work autonomously, owning projects end to end
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced working remotely
- Strong English, our default language of communication
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development while taking full ownership of the code and its quality
Terms
Full-time, remote-first position.
We start with an initial 2-week trial period at 20 hours per week.
ReinforceLabs is registered in the UK. You'll invoice us for your work each month, rather than being on payroll.
